The government of Qatar has expressed approval for recent decisions by the Netherlands and Belgium to prohibit the importation of goods produced in Israeli settlements. In an official statement, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that these import bans align with global efforts to deter the expansion of settlements, which it argues contravene international law and violate United Nations Security Council Resolution 2334.
